Tania helped greatly in a stressful time! We needed to sell my father's property so he'd have funds for his nursing home. She kept me updated and was amazing getting the house ready and staged for selling. Our only hold up in getting it sold was the fact that it was a mobile home in a park that required approval to move there. Would definitely recommend Tania in the future.

It was a summer home for us and we were not in the area (live full time in Illinois) so Tania went above and beyond working with repairs and contractors helping us get the house ready for sale. Tania was the guiding light in finding my daughters home. Marissa had stumbled onto Tania's information after not feeling the right fit with the previous realtors she had spoken to. With this being Marissa's first home I wanted her to take full control but also feel comfortable with her realtor because they were going to help her find her dream home. Tania listed to Marissa, heard what she did and didn't want, she got to know my daughter to really get a feel for what she needed but also to make a connection that really made this the best home buying experience. She helped walk her through the entire process and made sure to update her and answer all her questions, even the obvious ones. The day of closing Tania surprised my daughter with a housewarming basket tailored to her, proving just how much she listened and cared during this process. We all joked we'd buy another house just to deal with Tania again. We couldn't have asked for a better more outstanding relator.

Tania was amazing! This was our first home purchase and because of the time Tania put in behind the scenes, it wasn't stressful at all. She would promptly answer my calls and texts anywhere from 7am to well past 10pm. She gives her all to her clients and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house!

To begin with this was my FIRST TIME HOME PURCHASE. The first agent I was paird with, Alex Jeffries from century 21 affiliated, was HORRIBLE. I will stop there about him in regards that I have a lot to say about Tania. When I was first paird with her she called me and let us know who she was she asked us about what kinds of homes we wanted and got to it. Because I am active duty military it was CRITICAL that she helped us find the right home because we couldn't be present for viewing. she understood that important factor completely. Tania was verry knowledgeable on home damages and things we wanted to stay away from. She did not put us into any homes she saw unfit and she would FaceTime us to show us details of homes. Tania was ALWAYS a here for us. Never missed a phone call and always called us if she had info. This does not give me enough space to write but if I could say a lot more I would. Tania found our perfect home and we are 100% happy with her and appreciative of all her time
